    BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NAVIGATOR/PEER RECOVERY SUPPORT SPECIALIST
    (Medication Assisted Treatment Program – MAT)

    High school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with a bachelor’s degree in an accredited behavioral health related field. Individuals must understand and respect everyone’s unique path to recovery, have a demonstrated recovery from a mental illness, substance use disorder or both. Possess good moral character; complete all necessary requirements to become a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist; agree to respect and observe the PRSS Code of Ethics. Applicants must have a working knowledge of the drug and alcohol treatment system and a demonstrated commitment to the recovery community. Prior case management experience preferred. Knowledge of Sooner Care helpful. Must have ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, socioeconomic, and educational levels, and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

    LPN (STAFF NURSE)
    $1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus

    High school or GED completion. Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing Program. Licensed Practical Nurse with license in good standing by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing required. Two years of experience in ambulatory health care/outpatient clinic preferred. Hospital or Clinic experience preferred. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records required. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

    DENTAL ASSISTANT (Full-time or Part-time)
    $1000.00 Sign-On Bonus

    High school or GED completion. Certificate of completion of dental assistant course from an accredited school/program preferred. Will accept applicant with chair-side dental assistant experience or dental assistant certificate. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

  • X-RAY / LAB ASSISTANT
    ($1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus)

    X-Ray certification preferred. At least two years of X-Ray experience required. Must be willing and able to learn basic laboratory procedures and to follow safe work practices and procedures in compliance with OSHA requirements. Knowledge of medical terminology required. Must be flexible, polite/pleasant, dependable, neat, and clean in appearance. Must maintain current registration/certification as required.

    Must be able to manage multiple tasks, work with limited oversight and speak distinctly and courteously on telephone and in person.

    BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT
    (School based)

    Student Loan Repayment option available through the National Health Services Corps (NHSC). Behavioral Health Consultant to serve as a part of integrated care team to provide behavioral health services, education, support and consultation to individuals, youth, and families. Student Loan Repayment option through National Health Services Corps (NHSC).

    Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Social Work or related field. Current license as LCSW, LCSW-P, LMSW under Clinical Supervision. Fully licensed LPC, LADC or LCSW strongly preferred. Must be in good standing with the Oklahoma State Licensing Board. Experience working with a homeless population preferred. Prior experience in a medical or mental health setting is desirable. Must pass a drug screen and background check.

    CASE MANAGER III

    B.S. social work, nursing, psychology, education or related field or A.D. in social services or nursing with at least two years’ experience in case management or community outreach work required. Case Management experience and certification preferred. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

    Knowledge of Sooner Care (Medicaid) policy and ACA preferred, as well as background in physical fitness. Must have own transportation, as travel is required. Required to provide and maintain current Oklahoma Driving record with no outstanding violations according to Oklahoma Department of Public Safety Records.

    High School diploma or GED completion required. Some college preferred. Experience in a community setting preferred. Experience working with adolescents preferred. Good oral and written communication skills required.

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds is essential. Considerable travel required. Must have own reliable transportation. Required to provide and maintain current Driving Record. Must be able to pass Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation background check. Basic computer competency required.

    Good telephone skills required. Knowledge of ability to prepare reports utilizing statistical data required. Previous office management experience preferred.
