Community Health Centers of Oklahoma is hosting our 5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. The goal of the golf tournament is to raise awareness and support through this fun networking opportunity. The Tournament will take place on Thursday, August 14th, with breakfast and registration starting at 7:00 a.m.
